The only Mexican joint in Carlton and the only one hand making each taco from scratch. Drawing inspiration from travel in Mexico, all signs are lovingly hand-painted and the brandmark has a hand-penned quality. The illustrated mascot references the Mayan mythical corn twin who in Mayan folklore - gave life to all.
